1. Services. IndianaSites ("we," "us," "our") provides custom website design and development services for small businesses. By submitting a form, booking a demo call, or engaging our services in any way, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
2. Demo Calls & No Payment Today. Scheduling a demo call creates no obligation to purchase. No payment is collected through this website. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon during or after the demo call.
3. Project Scope & Payment. All project details, pricing, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing (email or contract) before any work begins. Payment terms are established at that time. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made per the agreed schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, logo files, photos, and any other content needed to complete your site. Delays caused by late delivery of client materials may extend project timelines. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you provide to us.
5. Intellectual Property. Upon final payment, you own the finished website and its custom design. IndianaSites retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or systems used in building your site that are not specific to your project.
6. Third-Party Services. Your website may integrate with third-party platforms (Stripe, Google Calendar, Netlify, etc.). We are not responsible for the uptime, policies, pricing changes, or actions of any third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with those services.
7. Revisions. Revision scope is agreed upon per-project. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
8. Limitation of Liability. IndianaSites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of your website, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. No Guarantee of Results. We build high-quality websites designed to convert. However, we make no guarantees regarding traffic, leads, sales, or business outcomes from your website.
10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
